From my very earliest days of involvement in the gay community, I’ve heard similar comments from clients, colleagues, community leaders and business owners:

A Voice In The Community
I’ve questioned many about the need for a voice in our Community to speak about the issues: HealthCare coverage, Long Term Care & Disability Income Protection, Adequate Life Insurance Protection, Retirement Savings ... and how to obtain and fund these needs. The same answer comes back time after time… our Community needs that voice.

Listening To The Community
I’ve been listening to the needs of small business owners and non-profit executives for over fifteen+ (15+) years in our Community; helping them through their insurance difficulties.

Service To The Community
I served on the board of the Chicago Area Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce for first four (4) years of its existence and I am still actively involved. I have sponsored and/or assisted various community organizations. Some include AidsCare the Andersonville Chamber, The Center on Halsted, the Names Project, OPALGA and Ride for AIDS and Season of Concern.

Concern To Our Community
I have been insuring many businesses, non-profits and individuals over sixteen (16) years in Chicago and discussing issues that are of importance and concern in our Community:

• and Domestic Partner benefits

Same Things In Life
I realize that we all really want the same things in life… loving friends and families, a sense of belonging, identifying with others, good health and a healthy infrastructure we call “Community”.

I have been going over the web and searching “gay insurance” for the past few years; always getting directed to large, faceless corporate agencies that want to quote and sell me insurance with “no agent involvement”.

Trust-worthy Advice
I have always had my clients, friends, family and colleagues ask me for advice or counsel on an insurance matter; often very near and dear to their hearts and sometimes very personal in nature.
